Q: What if the drywall won’t fit where I want it?
A: It is up to you to provide proper access. We do suggest shorter lengths (i.e. 8ft. and 9ft.) for the basement and upper floors. If some material won’t fit it could mean additional time and charges for you.
Q: What if I need to change my Order before delivery?
A: Your initial payment has been processed so you will need to contact our office (403-255-8157) immediately for assistance to change items and process the new charges.
Q: When can I get delivery?
A: Deliveries are Monday to Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. excluding holidays.

Q: Will the delivery crew remove their boots in my house?
A: No. Due to WCB regulations they MUST keep their steel toe boots on at all times. Bad weather, dirt, mud etc. are conditions we can’t control so you might want to have non-skid floor covering where they need to walk.
Q: If I don’t use everything I ordered, can I return it?
A: Unused, unopened items in good resalable condition, can be returned for a full refund. Call 403-255-8157 for instructions. *Tool sales are final*
